You're about to take your first steps!

We pay particular attention to the onboarding and integration period for our employees. At KPC, you'll be supported by your manager and the HR team.

Your 1st day

Your first 100 days

You will be welcomed by your Manager and the Human Resources department. who will introduce you to the operational team over lunch.

You will receive regular updates from your manager on how you are feeling, how you are settling into your new role and what your first assignments will be.

The aim is to ensure that you have a good understanding of the company, that you are successfully integrated into the customer's organisation and that you have all the resources and training you need to carry out your assignment.
