KPC is fully aware of its responsibility towards its employees, society and the environment.

A participative approach

KPC has a dedicated CSR team that involves all employees in the process. Everyone is encouraged to put forward ideas and projects throughout the year — making CSR a shared responsibility, not a top-down initiative.

To underline our commitment to CSR and as part of our continuous improvement approach, we have opted for ECOVADIS certification.

EcoVadis is the world's leading provider of business sustainability ratings. After receiving awards in 2022, 2023 and 2024, KPC achieved the ECOVADIS GOLD rating in May 2025 — placing us in the top 5% of all companies assessed globally, and in the top 1% of companies in our sector.

This is one of the highest distinctions EcoVadis awards, and reflects years of consistent, measurable progress across environment, social, ethics and procurement criteria.

Our constant efforts have paid off with steady progress.

Professional equality, a major concern at KPC

At KPC, gender equality is an integral part of our corporate culture.

In 2025, we obtained a score of 88 out of 100. on the professional equality index (indicator 1: 38 points, indicator 2: 20 points, indicator 3: 15 points, indicator 4: 15, indicator 5: 0 points).

At KPC, we believe that diversity and inclusion are key to our success, and we continue to work hard to create an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, can flourish and succeed.

Our actions

We recycle

To mark World Recycling Day on 18 March, we organise a rubbish collection event in the vicinity of our branches. This initiative is followed by a convivial lunch for employees.

Our commitment to the environment and digital responsibility

We took part in the Fresque du Numérique (Digital Footprint Workshop) and Fresque du Climat (Climate Fresk) — two collaborative awareness workshops widely used in France to build shared understanding of digital sobriety and climate challenges. These experiences have informed our concrete actions towards a more responsible digital environment.

Improving the Quality of Life at Work (QWL)

At KPC, the well-being of our employees is a priority.

During the Quality of Life at Work week, which takes place every year in June, we organise various activities to promote the well-being of our teams: sports sessions, back posture workshop, work/life balance reflections, massages, nutrition and meditation workshops... There's something for everyone.
