This required a precise understanding of the specifics of Biocoop's activities and organization.<\/p><p>Biocoop chose SAP BPC to manage its forecasting processes (Landing, Budget, Simulations, Business Plan) and the organization of budget monitoring. The KPC team was chosen for its dual business\/utility skills.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de3cb08 e-con-full e-grid e-con optimization of existing data, and implementation of functionalities linked to forecasts, simulations and budget monitoring.<\/li><li><strong>Support<\/strong> Project management, progressive training of administrators, joint skills transfer, assistance with acceptance phases, and delivery of detailed, context-specific documentation, including application
